About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Claims Service Consultant to join our team in Australia. As a Claims Service Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a national portfolio of motor claims and handling inbound/outbound calls.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers in a timely manner.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and provide the best possible outcomes for our customers.
  • Understand and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a high level of customer service experience, ideally within a claims environment. Insurance knowledge/background would be highly desirable. You will also need to be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
