Principal Solution Architect

The RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Mar Tech Consultant to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our ANZ Leadership team, you will work closely with our ANZ Country Manager and locally based ANZ team to define and deliver innovative, data-driven solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Define Mar Tech strategy and technical solutions for clients across a broad range of verticals.
- Contribute to client data-driven customer experience strategies based on industry best practices.
- Participate in business development activities, including discovery workshops, current technology assessments, and future state definition.
- Cross-functional collaboration with client partners, practice leads, technology partners, and delivery engagement leaders.
- Architecting technical solutions that meet client needs.
- Communicate complex technical strategies and roadmaps to internal and external teams.
- Share knowledge and thought leadership externally and within the organization.
- 10+ years of experience in Mar Tech strategy, design, development, and managed services.
- 5+ years of client-facing technology consulting experience.
- Hands-on experience implementing complex customer journeys, personalization, and targeted customer offerings.
- Experience with Mar Tech landscape, including Braze, Salesforce, Adobe, and other relevant technologies.
- Ability to define conceptual technology solutions and articulate the value of technology to drive creative marketing platforms.
- Ability to estimate technology execution scope of work in terms of budget and resources.
