Job Title: Senior Contracts Administrator

  • Manage commercial aspects of major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically lead the end-to-end commercial management of large subcontracts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective commercial strategies.
  • Develop and implement plans to ensure cost efficiency and risk minimisation.
  • Provide leadership and support to other commercial roles, including direct reports.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and subcontractors.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Commerce or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in managing complex commercial contracts and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
