Seeking Experienced Shift Leader to Drive Restaurant Operations

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Shift Leader. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant.

  • You will lead by example, maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality at all times.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage staff performance, providing coaching and support to ensure excellent customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives, including marketing and finance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless day-to-day restaurant operations, maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff, promoting a positive work culture and encouraging open communication.
  • Customer Focus: Develop and implement strategies to exceed customer expectations, driving loyalty and repeat business.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage restaurant finances, including inventory control, stock management, and cash handling.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, employment laws, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in shift leadership or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of operational excellence, team leadership, and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field (desired).
