Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Shift Leader to lead our team and ensure exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, training new staff, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams of staff members on shift.
- Ensure all team members provide friendly and helpful customer service.
- Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and process payments from customers.
- Maintain proper food handling and storage procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Cash handling and customer service experience is essential.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and coworkers.
Physical Demands:
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequently bend, twist, lift, and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Requires strong communication skills and ability to converse comfortably with customers.
