Job Title: Shift Leader

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Shift Leader. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating team members to deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to brand standards and food safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead shifts by empowering team members to provide excellent customer service.
  • Train new team members on job duties, cash handling procedures, and food safety protocols.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and food safety.
  • Engage in friendly and helpful interactions with customers, resolving any complaints or issues promptly.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, accurately process payments, and adhere to customer service and cash handling guidelines.
  • E nsure proper food handling procedures are followed, including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperature of products.
  • Assist in kitchen-related tasks, such as prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
  • Inform leadership of any observations, concerns, or problems witnessed or experienced.

Requirements:

  • Cash handling and customer service experience required.
  • Shift leader or leadership experience preferred.
  • Demonstrates ability to interact with public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds.
  • Requires ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents.
