Dynamic Team Leaders Sought for Temporary Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage and support a team of educators at our centre in Warriewood. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong positive relationships with families, genuinely love children, and model best practices to educators.

About the Position

This is a temporary opportunity with a strong view to permanent. As a Team Leader, you will work closely with the Centre Director to ensure effective management of the centre. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the centre
  • Leading and motivating the team
  • Maintaining a high-quality and performing centre
  • Ensuring the centre exceeds all regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to the team to achieve outstanding results
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and staff
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Centre Director to achieve centre goals and objectives
Requirements
  • A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards an Early Childhood Teaching qualification
  • Excellent understanding of the National Quality Framework
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team
  • Possess a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
