You will be enthusiastic about technology and patient care solutions, eager to advance your professional journey. Collaborating with a high-performing team, you will utilize a consultative, problem-solving approach to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Operating Plan objectives for designated accounts and territories.
- Ensure pricing compliance to maintain business profitability.
- Accurately forecast sales and orders through effective management of opportunities in Salesforce.
- Engage with customers through meetings, calls, and emails to:
- Develop a robust sales pipeline by identifying new opportunities.
- Qualify prospects through thorough discovery processes.
- Advance opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and clinicians.
- Maintain data integrity in Salesforce, including Accounts, Contacts, Events, Opportunities, and Business Planning documents.
- Stay updated on product, customer, and market knowledge through ongoing training.
- Enhance brand visibility by utilizing social media platforms effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
Skills & Experience:
- Relevant clinical experience, particularly in nursing.
- Proven experience in managing key accounts with a strategic approach.
- Comprehensive understanding of the capital equipment sales process.
- Ability to cultivate and manage strategic relationships with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in navigating a dynamic, multi-tasking environment while maintaining a customer-centric mindset.
- Sales and account management experience within the healthcare industry.
- Strong organizational skills and professional business acumen.
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and present ideas to clients clearly.
- Advanced negotiation, problem-solving, and influencing capabilities.
- Self-driven with a proactive approach to identifying and acting on improvement opportunities.
- Willingness to travel within the designated region and attend national sales meetings and trade shows.
- Exhibit qualities such as empathy, humility, integrity, and resilience.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
