Job Summary

As a Food and Beverage Attendant at NRMA Parks and Resorts, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional service to our guests. Your role will involve working in our onsite bistro, serving drinks at our poolside bar, or taking orders and running food from our Skippy's Takeaway.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and quality service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ensure positive guest experiences by wearing a smile and being approachable.
  • Assist with food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role or customer service environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (for beverage service only).
  • Barista skills are a plus.
