Job Title: Food and Beverage Attendant

Join our dynamic team at NRMA Parks and Resorts as a Food and Beverage Attendant. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive and friendly service to guests in our bistro, poolside bar, and takeaway outlets.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to the highest standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role or customer service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
