Job Title: Food and Beverage Attendant

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at NRMA Parks and Resorts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service in our bistro, poolside bar, and takeaway services.
  • Ensure a positive guest experience by being proactive and responsive to their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our menu and services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role or customer service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (for beverage service only).
