The Bell Captain, reporting directly to the Concierge, is essential in ensuring guest satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for guests upon arrival, overseeing the efficient management of luggage and vehicle logistics. Your main duties will include enhancing customer service while empowering your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise and contribute to a transformative hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team of Porters and Doormen to promote positive guest interactions and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless luggage handling.
  • Provide accurate information regarding the hotel's services and local attractions.
  • Build strong working relationships across all departments within the organization.
  • Assist the Chief Concierge with scheduling, training, and communication efforts.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Previous experience as a Bell Captain or in a similar role within a luxury hotel is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
  • Strong teamwork capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
