Job Overview
Mac Killop is seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our team as a Deputy Principal. This role will play a vital part in supporting students who have experienced trauma, placement breakdowns, and challenges to school engagement.

We work in partnership with mainstream, Catholic, independent, and alternative schools to provide high-quality services that promote positive educational experiences for vulnerable students. Our goal is to support access and equity for students at risk of disengaging from education.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a background in educational leadership and a deep understanding of trauma-informed education, school operations, and strategic planning. They will be responsible for managing key areas such as student engagement, attendance, and staff development. Strong analytical abilities and a dedication to data-informed decision-making are essential, as well as a proven track record of inspiring and nurturing both staff and students.

What We Offer
In return for your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, plus generous leave entitlements in line with the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022. Additionally, you will have access to salary packaging up to $18,500, discounted workplace health and fitness programs, paid on-site training, regular supervision, and a great and supportive team environment.
