The Lifecycle Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness in managing product introductions, discontinuations, and packaging projects.
This is a key position in the project management team, requiring collaboration with global and local teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Main Responsibilities- Manage New Product Introductions (NPIs) and End-of-Lifecycle (De-Launch) processes
- Oversee printed packaging materials throughout their lifecycle
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for printed materials during audits and investigations
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to global initiatives
- Support vendor changes and resolve supply chain issues
- Coach and mentor project team members
- Tertiary qualification in business or relevant discipline
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated environment preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), change control systems, and regulatory labeling requirements highly desirable
