Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Contract Officer to assist with branded and manage new product launches. This role involves overseeing the entire project cycle, regular reporting of contract status, and providing high-quality procurement and contract management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Manage contract administration from awarding the contract, monitor, update and finalise contract information at completion.">
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective procurement strategies.">
  • Provide regular reports on contract status and progress.">
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the project cycle for new product launches and packaging tenders.">
  • Negotiate contract terms with suppliers, clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with product specifications.">
  • Liaise with key account clients and suppliers and ensure compliance with market and tender requirements.">
  • Work closely with the team to prepare tender documents and strategies to win bids.">
  • Ensure timely delivery and execution of project deliverables through close supervision of the operation team.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications; bachelor or above will be ideal.">
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and contract management skills.">
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.">
  • Extensive experience in packaging and manufacturing.">
  • Strong knowledge of finance, budgeting, and strategic planning.">
  • Solid understanding of the Chinese market and tender processes.">
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.">
