Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our product marketing strategies. This role will play a critical part in launching our products effectively and making them resonate with customers.

The ideal candidate will have direct experience driving growth in technology companies, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders across the business. They will be able to distill complex technical products and features into compelling stories and messaging.

This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, including content creation and presentation. The successful candidate will also have a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

About the Role
  • Develop positioning and messaging that clearly communicates how RecordPoint solutions address audience challenges.
  • Produce collateral outlining RecordPoint product features in terms of real customer benefits and workflow improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams to share insights and understand customer challenges.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to highlight differentiators and maintain comparison tools.
  • Interview customers and prospects to understand their complete workflows and pain points.
  • Build and maintain detailed audience personas based on research and behavioral insights.
  • Plan and execute product launches that address specific market needs and align with company goals.
  • Work with the Product team to define and refine pricing and packaging based on audience segments and value perception.
  • Create sales enablement content that supports the buying process and highlights product fit.
  • Lead customer marketing efforts that turn satisfied users into brand advocates and storytellers.
