Hydro Power Project Engineer

As a Hydro Power Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing the installation of balance of plant mechanical equipment for large hydro power projects.

Job Description
  • Plan and execute the installation of balance of plant mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Provide technical support to site teams, facilitating clarification with engineering teams as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain subcontractor work packages, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Participate in design review meetings, ensuring field-related design considerations are addressed.
  • Review and support data quality, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • University degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in supervision of BoPm installation in large hydro power projects or similar industries.
  • Proficient technical and operational knowledge of hydro power BoPm equipment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in international team environments.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, Solid Edge, or equivalent.
