Workplace Health and Safety Leader

The role of Workplace Health and Safety Leader is critical in ensuring the delivery of our mission while maintaining a safe environment for staff and guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the WHS function and team, implementing strategic plans and business initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively to implement the WHS strategy within the team and broader organisation.
  • Monitor and review performance against health and safety key performance indicators.

  • Develop systems that empower employees to enhance workplace health and safety through participation in committees and adoption of safe work practices.
