The Health and Safety Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the workplace is safe, respectful, and healthy.
This leadership position leads an organisation's approach to health, safety, and wellbeing strategies, systems, and injury case management. The lead works closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective health and safety services and outcomes, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
The lead manages complex risks associated with operational areas and ensures the safety of an organisation's workforce, contractors, and visitors across multiple sites. As the organisation's health and safety function lead, you will bring management, leadership, strategic, and technical expertise commensurate with the role.
