Health and Safety Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Work Health and Safety Manager to lead the development, planning, organization, and execution of health and safety frameworks and programs. This role will involve overseeing the implementation of strategies and business planning to prevent injuries, manage risks, and elevate employee awareness.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the WHS function and team
- Implement strategies and business planning
- Communicate clearly to implement the WHS strategy and planning within the team and broader organization
- Monitor and review performance against health and safety key performance indicators
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting health, safety, and injury management
- Develop systems that empower employees to enhance workplace health and safety
