The Role
  • We are seeking an experienced team player to assist the Director of Service in delivering exceptional experiences for children in our care.
  • You will support the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program.
  • You will ensure compliance with industry regulations, providing peace of mind for parents and children alike.
  • You will interact with parents, responding to their enquiries and providing valuable information.
  • You will engage with the school community, attending events and assemblies when required.
  • You will co-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program, providing leadership and guidance.

You will work closely with the Director of Service and other members of the Operations team to achieve a smooth and enjoyable experience for all children.
