**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Second in Charge. As a Second in Charge, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for children in our care.

  • Assist with creating and implementing enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program.
  • Support ensuring your program is compliant with industry regulations.
  • Interact with parents and respond to their enquiries.
  • Engage with the school community, attending events and assemblies when the Director is unavailable.
  • Play and have fun with primary school-aged children.
  • Co-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program.

**Working Hours**

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday:

  • 7:00am - 9:00am
  • 2:30pm - 6:15pm

Admin hours: 2 hours per week

Total hours per week: 30.75 hours

Ideally, you have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but we can train you.

You have outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
