Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill this leadership position. As a role model, you will assist the Director of Service in delivering exceptional results for the children in our care.

This includes:

  • Creating and implementing engaging experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming)
  • Ensuring your program is compliant according to industry regulations
  • Interacting with parents and assisting with their enquiries whenever possible
  • Engaging with the school community, attending events and assemblies when necessary
  • Co-managing or coordinating during the school holiday program

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 9:00am, and 2:30pm - 6:15pm. Admin Hours: 2 Hours. Total: 30.75 hours per week.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Developing meaningful relationships with primary school-aged children
