Leading Support Role

Our organization is dedicated to delivering exceptional care and experiences for children in our programs. As a support staff member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Director of Service to achieve high-quality outcomes for children.
  2. Develop and implement engaging activities based on child preferences and needs.
  3. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  4. Interact effectively with parents and caregivers.
  5. Engage with the school community through attendance at events and assemblies.
  6. Assist with the coordination and management of holiday programs.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for working with children and families.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Prior experience in education or childcare is advantageous but not essential; training is available.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A commitment to stable, permanent part-time hours (up to 25 hours per week).
  • A recognized qualification in ACECQA-approved early childhood education in Victoria or a willingness to study towards one.
