Recruitment Administrator

The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment or Mobilisation administrator to join our Trades and Labour division, working alongside Principal Consultants.
Key responsibilities include:
- Tracking candidates through the recruitment process
- Screening candidate applications
- Posting job ads
- Ensuring candidates are 100% compliant for site
- Aftercare on candidates across the business
- Keeping an active pool of candidates
- Contact candidates chasing tickets, licenses, and forms
The ideal candidate will have/be experienced with:
- Minimum 2 years experience in administration
- Experience in recruitment/mobilisation is ideal
- Experience with database management systems
- Ability to problem solve and escalate where required
- Display urgency and operate efficiently
- Excellent computer skills and wide variety of programs
- High level of accuracy with data entry
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent priority and time management skills
