Key Responsibilities:

  • Track candidates through the recruitment process using Jobadder and excel
  • Screen candidate applications
  • Post job ads
  • Ensure candidates are compliant for site
  • Provide aftercare to candidates across the business
  • Maintain an active pool of candidates
  • Contact candidates regarding missing documents

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in administration
  • Experience in recruitment/mobilisation is highly sought after
  • Experience with database management systems
  • Ability to problem solve and escalate where required
  • Excellent computer skills and wide variety of programs
  • High level of accuracy with data entry
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent priority and time management skills
