Data Entry Clerk, Recruitment Administrator or similar role. About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our recruitment trackers and database. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Managing and maintaining our recruitment trackers and database.
  • Following up on pre-employment medical results, clearances and police checks.
  • Liaising with candidates to follow up on outstanding pre-employment activities and keep them updated on their progress.
  • Monitoring the Recruitment Admin inbox.
  • Providing daily updates to the recruitment advisors on the progress of their candidates.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to pre-employment and site clearance processes.
  • Performing other administrative duties including management of cost allocations for purchase orders, and supporting the wider recruitment and mobilisation teams.

About You
We are looking for a team player who is confident in their own work output and able to work autonomously when required. Previous SAP Success Factors experience is preferred but this can be trained on the job. You will be proud of your attention to detail and work ethic, and understand the need for confidentiality when handling personal data and documents.
