Industrial Relations Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Industrial Relations Consultant or Senior Consultant. This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and industries, gaining valuable experience and expertise in industrial relations.

The successful candidate will have strong research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply critical reasoning to complex issues. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with people across different backgrounds in a professional manner.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time position based in Brisbane, working alongside experienced consultants who can provide guidance and support throughout your career.
  • You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, including advising employers on industrial relations matters, undertaking research and providing advice in support of enterprise bargaining, and drafting employer submissions for employment-related claims.

In this role, you will be responsible for applying your knowledge and skills to assist clients in navigating complex industrial relations issues. You will work closely with other members of the team to achieve project objectives and provide high-quality service to clients.

What We Are Looking For
  • Tertiary qualifications in Law, Industrial Relations and/or Human Resources.
  • Experience as an employment lawyer or employee / industrial relations / human resources advisor (desirable).
  • Advanced research, problem-solving and critical reasoning skills.
  • Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
