Job Description

This role involves accelerated learning opportunities to kick start your career in agriculture. You will be exposed to four skill-building workshops across two years and have professional networking opportunities.

You will be assigned mentors and buddies from the business who will provide ongoing support. The Graduate Program is based on a robust learning model and will see you adding value as a full-time ongoing employee from day one; doing real work and delivering real results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this program, you will need to have graduated prior to the commencement of the 2027 program or no longer than three years ago with a minimum of a Diploma in Agriculture, Ag Science, or a relevant field.

You will need to demonstrate a willingness to learn, a proactive approach, strong communication skills and a passion for agriculture. You will also need to demonstrate customer service, problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
