Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sales enablement and intelligence efforts in the APAC region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive plans to equip sellers with the skills and knowledge needed to drive business growth.
- Serve as the domain expert on all challenges and opportunities related to sales skills, knowledge, and competitive intelligence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver solutions that meet business objectives and sales enablement goals.
- Maintain external market perspectives and provide insights on competitive trends, industry challenges, and evolving market needs.
- Contribute meaningfully to annual planning, lead activation diagnostics, set OKRs and priorities, assess and surface critical product trends for the region, and connect the dots across markets.
- Maintain strong relationships with global counterparts and orchestrate working groups.
- Contribute to building a high-performing culture of collaboration and open communication.
- Influence global stakeholders to build solutions for regional needs and regional executives to sign off on key initiatives and implementation plans.
