Job Description

The role of Vertical Transport Maintenance Analyst provides vital technical and administrative support to the maintenance delivery team, ensuring the smooth operation of vertical transport assets.

This position is responsible for maintaining and analysing maintenance data, monitoring contractor performance, and coordinating regular maintenance, upgrades, and repairs. By tracking asset performance, fault trends, and reliability issues, this role contributes to the overall performance, safety, and compliance of the network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing databases
  • Preparing reports and dashboards
  • Supporting decision-making through accurate analytics
  • Overseeing contractor activities
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess strong administrative and data analysis skills, experience with SAP and asset management systems, and an understanding of maintenance management.

Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are also required, as well as the ability to build relationships, provide direction, and influence at all levels.

Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to develop effective solutions are essential.

Well-developed planning and organisational abilities to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision are also necessary.
