About the Job About the Role This role provides vital technical and administrative support to the Vertical Transport (Lifts & Escalators) maintenance delivery team, ensuring the smooth operation of the PTA's vertical transport assets.
The position is responsible for maintaining and analysing maintenance data, monitoring contractor performance, and coordinating regular maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
By tracking asset performance, fault trends, and reliability issues, this role contributes to the overall performance, safety, and compliance of the PTA network.
Key responsibilities include managing databases, preparing reports and dashboards, and supporting decision-making through accurate analytics.
The role also oversees contractor activities, ensures adherence to safety and compliance standards, and collaborates with stakeholders to minimise service disruptions.
By driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting asset optimisation, this role plays an important part in enhancing the reliability and efficiency of the PTA's lifts and escalators.
About YouTo excel in this role, you should possess : Strong administrative and data analysis skills, experienced with SAP and asset management systems, able to identify trends, prepare reports, and recommend optimisation strategies.
Skilled in record-keeping, safety compliance, asset data management, and coordinating contractors, with an understanding of maintenance management.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships, provide direction, and influence at all levels.
Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to develop effective solutions.
Well-developed planning and organisational abilities to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
Proficient in maintenance management systems, analytical tools, and Microsoft Office, with a commitment to safety, personal development, and continuous improvement.
