We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Vertical Transport Maintenance Analyst.
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the Vertical Transport (Lifts & Escalators) maintenance delivery team, ensuring the smooth operation of our vertical transport assets.
The position involves maintaining and analysing maintenance data, monitoring contractor performance, and coordinating regular maintenance, upgrades, and repairs. The successful applicant will also contribute to asset performance, fault trends, and reliability issues by tracking and reporting on these metrics.
Key responsibilities include managing databases, preparing reports and dashboards, and supporting decision-making through accurate analytics. The role also involves overseeing contractor activities, ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to minimise service disruptions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experienced with data analysis and maintenance management systems.
- Skilled in record-keeping, safety compliance, and asset data management, with an understanding of maintenance management principles.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
- Well-developed planning and organisational abilities to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
