We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Vertical Transport Maintenance Analyst. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our vertical transport assets.

This position is responsible for maintaining and analysing maintenance data, monitoring contractor performance, and coordinating regular maintenance, upgrades, and repairs. By tracking asset performance, fault trends, and reliability issues, this role contributes to the overall performance, safety, and compliance of our network.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing databases and preparing reports and dashboards to support decision-making through accurate analytics.
  • Overseeing contractor activities and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to minimise service disruptions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, and be able to build relationships at all levels.
