Our team at Germanus Kent House in Broome is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinical teams that provide high standards of person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and direct the delivery of client-focused care delivered by staff
- Assess the total health needs of clients and document results thoroughly.
- Develop individualized care plans in consultation with clients and significant others
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
- Promote the organization's values and principles in all areas of service delivery
- A valid AHPRA registration
- An understanding of Commonwealth Aged Care standards & Quality of Care principles
- Good knowledge of AN-ACC requirements
- Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure
