Strategic HR Partner

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and implement human capital initiatives that drive growth and profitability
  • Design and execute comprehensive HR strategies that create sustainable value and promote a high-performance culture
  • Provide expert advice on talent management, organizational development, and change leadership to support business objectives
  • Develop and implement metrics-based performance dashboards to track progress and inform strategic decisions

As a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner, you will have 10+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Strategic HR, Change Management, and HR Analytics.

Responsibilities include:

  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR, sharing insights and recommendations with senior leaders

Requirements include:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Strategic HR, Change Management, and HR Analytics
  • Expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven track record of driving business results through effective HR initiatives
