BTS is seeking an experienced Human Capital Consultant to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and transformation by developing and implementing strategic plans that address the needs of our clients.

With significant growth ahead, we are looking for a Senior Consultant who can collaborate with our team to design and deliver customized learning experiences that drive innovation, alignment, new behaviors, and performance. Our ideal candidate will have a proven ability to understand client challenges and formulate solutions, work well in a team and independently, and possess excellent project management skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and transformation
  • Collaborate with the BTS team to design and deliver customized learning experiences
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions
  • Provide thought leadership on human capital strategy and best practices

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in a consulting or corporate environment
  • Proven ability to understand client challenges and formulate solutions
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, psychology, organizational development)
