About the Role

The Laundry Attendant position is responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our laundry facilities. This includes managing linen supplies, responding to guest requests, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support laundry operations by delivering excellent customer service and ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Manage and respond to guest requests in accordance with company standards
  • Perform tasks such as washing cycles, folding and storage of linen, and maintenance of equipment
  • Ensure soiled and damaged linen is stored correctly and disposed of properly
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the linen room and uniform store
