The Role

You'll work collaboratively with various stakeholders to co-create solutions that drive meaningful change and promote successful return to work outcomes.

  • Conducting thorough assessments and providing guidance to clients during life-changing career transitions.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key partners to develop effective Return to Work (RTW) plans.
  • Identifying barriers and designing tailored RTW strategies that prioritize recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
  • Visiting workplaces to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, environments.
