As an occupational therapist, you'll collaborate with a diverse team based at our well-equipped clinic hubs in Albury and Wagga Wagga. Our experienced clinicians and administrative staff will provide you with the tools necessary to focus on developing your skills.

About Your Role

You will deliver impactful, evidence-based therapy under the NDIS and other funding models. You will support both children and adults in achieving their functional goals – focusing on independence, participation, and quality of life. Through collaboration with families, carers, and a supportive team, you will learn to manage your caseload and calendar with guidance.

Our program includes a gradual caseload build-up, weekly supervision, regular check-ins, peer mentoring, and clinical huddles. You will also have access to practical resources, tools, and admin assistance, as well as ongoing professional development beyond the program.

What You Will Bring
  • A recognised degree in Occupational Therapy (or graduating soon)
  • Eligibility for AHPRA registration
  • A driver's licence + access to a vehicle (or use our pool cars)
  • WWCC & NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
