Job Description

As a rehabilitation consultant, you will utilize your specialist knowledge and skills to help individuals return to meaningful employment. Your expertise will support clients' journeys as they recover from workplace injuries and personal challenges.

This role involves delivering prevention, rehabilitation, and training services to minimize the impact of injuries, illness, and disability. You will take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor progress toward return-to-work goals.

Strong relationships with key stakeholders are essential in driving successful partnerships. Your clinical expertise will support clients' journey back to work and life via insurance schemes, employment services, and disability employment services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Minimizing the impact of injuries, illness, and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.
  • Taking responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor progress toward return-to-work goals.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders and developing strong relationships that drive successful partnerships.
  • Using clinical expertise to support clients' journey back to work and life via insurance schemes, employment services, and disability employment services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC, or AASW is required for this role. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are also necessary.

In addition, you must have a current Working with Children Check and be willing to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
