Energy Supply Chain Architect

Role Overview:

The Digital Supply Chain Practice is establishing a Supply Chain Management Centre of Excellence to extend our high-performance team's capability and capacity. As an Energy Supply Chain Architect, you will have an excellent understanding of the SAP Business Suite across S/4HANA, SSAM, APM, FSM, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will help customers understand their path from the 'old' SCM world into the more advanced Business Suite world including AI, mobility, automated scheduling and networks.
  • You will work alongside account teams in the software evaluation process, developing SAP-centric solution scenarios and architecture, preparing implementation plans and defining outcomes for customer success.
  • You will build actionable roadmaps, support business case creation, Proof of Concept, provide architecture advice and deliver implementation support where needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A proven 15+ years professional experience working in the energy and/or utilities industry as a principal consultant / architect.
  • Expert knowledge in SAP EAM and across cloud solutions like SSAM, APM, FSM, BNAC, etc., covering at least 10 full implementation life cycles.
  • Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and effective problem solving.
  • Excellency in conflict management and de-escalation.
  • Ability to coach and mentor junior colleagues.
