  • Lead integration efforts to ensure smooth transactions across teams, systems, and technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Define and continuously update the architecture to support evolving business goals.
  • Monitor and minimise technical defects to maintain scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with the Supply Chain team and across the broader business.
  • Plan and analyse capabilities to ensure the development and delivery of cost-effective, supportable products.
  • Provide expertise in logistics to ensure system designs meet performance requirements.
About Your Skills and Experience
  • Experienced leader within DC environment with a support/operations background.
  • Strong Lean or Continuous improvement background.
  • Exposure to systems IE WMS, ERP &/or core platform.
  • High analytical and problem-solving experience within an automated environment is essential.
  • Strong systems and inventory understanding with a DC environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with new automated technology and systems.
  • Proven change and project management skills.
