**THE ROLE**
The Supply Chain Coordinator will be a self motivated individual to join the Solar Operations team in a busy period of growth. You will be working alongside our solar hardware manufacturers, case management team and service providers to coordinate resolutions on aged warranty claims and escalations. This role would suit an individual with experience and confidence in managing internal/external stakeholders, high attention and accuracy with intricate process documentation and coordinating stock movements.
Main key responsibilities include:
- Recover labour costs incurred under warranty from manufacturers and reconcile as part of reimbursement activity
- Work collaboratively with Manufacturers, Case Management Team and Service Providers in relation to warranty claims
- Co-ordinate warranty/solar repair related stock movements, inclusive of all faulty stock and manufacturer returns and processing transactions into Pronto where required
- Assist in stocktake and reconciliations, inclusive of periodic physical stocktake at external sites
- Communicate and work closely with the relevant stakeholders to ensure correct warranty processes are being followed
- Maintain faulty, used and refurbished stock on hand. Liaise with external parties to ensure faulty stock is resolved/costs recovered
- Maintain warranty process documents and distribute to the appropriate stakeholders

You will demonstrate:
- Experience in warranty administration and/or complex support functions within a corporate environment
- Experience in dealing with and providing outstanding customer service to external stakeholders
- Relationship management: collaborates with stakeholders through business partnering relationships, able to manage difficult conversations and shares information amongst team
