Job Title: Customer Service Agent

At Coles, we're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering excellent service to our customers through our delivery services.

The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for driving a Coles van and delivering customer orders to their homes during the day or night. You will also assist with picking and packing orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace
  • Driving a Coles van safely and efficiently, navigating through busy streets, suburban roads and/or regional areas
  • Being active and on your feet, lifting and carrying groceries from the van to your delivery points (there could be stairs)
  • Working flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings and weekends

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record
  • Confidence to navigate through busy streets, suburban roads and/or regional areas
  • Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days
