Customer Success Manager Job Summary

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and shaping the future of our customer success operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with our sales and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth and successful customer journey from initial sale to onboarding.

  1. Partner with sales and onboarding teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  2. Run technical configurations of accounts alongside our implementation team.
  3. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to gauge customer satisfaction and identify areas for operational improvement.
  4. Own customer renewals and identify opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
  5. Design and execute strategies to boost customer retention and satisfaction.
  6. Act as the voice of the customer, funneling feedback to our product and engineering teams to guide product evolution.
