Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls using our booking system.
  • Utilise previous experience in a fast-paced recruitment or call centre environment, preferably in communities, healthcare, or recruitment sectors.
  • Employ a high level of attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and superior customer service skills.
  • Develop strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate a passion for working with people with disabilities, those experiencing homelessness, and supporting children with a background of trauma.
