Overview

Delivery Lead / Scrum Master role at Bendigo Advertiser in Newcastle, NSW. Initial 6-month contract with hybrid working. The role supports a modern data ecosystem and delivery across multiple development streams.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate agile planning and delivery across cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Service Delivery, and Platform teams to maintain backlog standards and enable continuous delivery.
  • Oversee sprint ceremonies, monitor progress across development and testing phases, and champion best practices to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Blend Scrum Master responsibilities with hands-on delivery coordination in dynamic environments.
What you\'ll need to succeed
  • Proven experience in delivery coordination or Scrum Master roles within complex environments
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog and sprint management
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive delivery outcomes
