
New Machine Delivery Coordinator

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week. The role is responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end delivery process of new machine deals.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate assigned deals throughout the build phase, including forecasting completion and delivery dates for business reporting.
- Ensure timely issuance of Work Packs.
- Identify and recommend process improvements within the New Machine Delivery department.
- Oversee accurate and efficient invoicing following machine delivery.
- Cert III in Customer Service or Business Administration or experience in a similar role from a sales environment.
- Strong customer focus with a passion for ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written and verbal with the ability to influence customer outcomes.
- Proven time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives.
- Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and Outlook).
- High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives.
