About the Role

The Director of Operations and Integration will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of operations throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integration Management: Lead integration efforts for newly acquired businesses, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with Southern Home Services' standards and practices.
  • Operational Implementation: Drive operational implementation throughout Southern Home Services, including the tactical integration of Southern Operations (So Ops) and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to a team of direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute operational strategies that support the company's growth and expansion goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal departments (IT, HR, Marketing, Ops).
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities, proven ability to manage complex projects and integrations, exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, strong financial acumen and budget management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
